Indigenous wisdom is so important and has brought our developing world so far. However, plans and actions founded on scientific social researches, have a proven record of efficiency. This means that at the National and at the County levels, investments have to be informed by scientific research. In this way, one can have pilots that will allow the major investments to be saved from loss. This area cannot be overlooked without us placing ourselves at the blame of future generations.
