Dr. John Bosco Kiingati (Ph.D.) is an expert in the area of Social Transformation with a focus on sustainable development.

Other areas of competence include linguistics and counseling psychology. He has over 30 years of experience dealing with tertiary institutions and civil societies.

Notable is his contribution to the translation of the African Bible being a lead linguist. He has other publications among them the World of Widows, Tangaza English as a Foreign Language Program (TEFLAP), and Elementary, Intermediate, and Advanced Level Manuals.

With his team, he has also developed the Personality, Intelligence (multiple), Career and Opportunity program, and Transitional Life Skills Programs.
